Client
BeyondClass — an education platform connecting parents and providers.
Challenge
Run a real two-sided service a website alone couldn't handle.
Solution
Two mobile apps (parent + provider) and a web admin, built as one platform.
Services
Mobile app development · web admin · platform architecture.
Outcome
Both apps live on the App Store and Google Play; the platform runs day-to-day operations.

The challenge

BeyondClass isn't a brochure business. It connects parents with education providers, which means two different groups need two different experiences — and someone has to run the whole thing behind the scenes. A single website couldn't do that. Parents needed a simple, trustworthy app to find and book. Providers needed their own app to manage what they offer. And BeyondClass needed an admin system to oversee accounts, activity, and operations. The brief: design and build all three as one connected platform, get the apps approved and live in both stores, and make it something a non-technical team could actually run.

The build

We started with the architecture, not the screens. Before any design, we mapped how a parent, a provider, and an admin each move through the system, and where their paths connect. That blueprint kept two apps and an admin panel consistent, instead of drifting into three disconnected products.

For the apps we used React Native so iOS and Android shared one codebase — efficient to build and easier to keep in step. The parent app focuses on finding and booking with as little friction as possible. The provider app gives the other side control over their listings and activity. The web admin ties it together, so the BeyondClass team can see and manage what's happening without touching code.

Getting into the App Store and Google Play is its own job — store guidelines, review requirements, and the small details that get an app rejected. We handled submission and got both apps approved and published.

The outcome

BeyondClass went from an idea that needed more than a website to a working platform live in both app stores. Parents and providers each have their own app, and the team runs the operation from the web admin. Both apps are published on the App Store and Google Play.
