The challenge
For a medical and dental clinic, a website on its own doesn't bring in patients — it just exists. Astute needed the whole chain: a site built to convert, search visibility so the right people find the clinic, and paid ads to bring in demand faster than SEO alone can. Run separately, those three usually work against each other — ads sending traffic to a page that doesn't convert, SEO pulling in visitors the site doesn't guide anywhere. The job was to build them as one system.
The build
We built the website first, structured around enquiries — clear paths, strong calls-to-action, fast loading. Then SEO to earn visibility for the clinic's priority treatments and location. Then Google Ads, pointed at pages that matched what the ads promised, so paid clicks had somewhere to convert instead of bouncing.
Because we built all three, they reinforce each other. The SEO groundwork makes the site rank; the ads fill the gap while rankings build; every channel feeds the same enquiry form and the same tracking.
